Momoko's Choice is a one-person-operated store dedicated to ensuring every 'Momoko' has a satisfying experience. While our products are largely handmade, we do accept returns and refunds under special circumstances. Please note that customers with three or more refund requests tied to their account or address may be blocked from future orders (excluding out-of-stock or severely damaged items). We value each customer sincerely but must maintain a respectful environment; any harassment or disrespect toward the artist and her work will not be tolerated.

 

Handmade products may show slight natural variations. Every item is quality-checked before shipment.(｡･ω･｡)ﾉ♡
·All return/refund shipping fees, transaction processing fees, and any applicable taxes or customs charges are the responsibility of the buyer.
·Refund amounts will exclude original shipping costs and payment processing fees.

Return&Refund Policy

Non-Eligible Items & Conditions:
We do not accept returns or refunds for the following:
·Don’t like it
·Items that have been worn, altered, or damaged after delivery.
·Custom-made or personalized orders.
·Orders older than 14 days.
·Clothing (unless incorrect or defective upon arrival).
·International returns due to address errors, refusal to pay VAT/customs fees, or unreceived returns.
·Items with minor defects (e.g., detached charm that can be easily reattached).
·Variations in color, size, or appearance compared to product photos.

Return Conditions:
Returns are only considered in special cases, such as:
·Major damage during transit.
·Significant production errors (e.g., large misprints).
·Items must be unused, in original packaging, with tags attached. Proof of purchase and order number are required.
