International Shipping & Delivery
At Momoko's Choice, our products are mainly sourced from collaborating local Chinese Lolita artists/shops. The artists ship their items to us for a final quality check before we consolidate and dispatch orders.
Once your order arrives at our warehouse, it takes around 7-10 business days for us to process and ship it. Total delivery time= Order processing time +International shipping time. Please ensure your shipping address, postal code, full name, and phone number are accurate. We are not liable for additional charges or lost packages resulting from incorrect address information.
Shipping Information
Q1: Where do you ship from and which carriers do you use?
We ship from our warehouse in Shanghai, China. We primarily use Yanwen Logistics with shipping routes that include customs fees and VAT. Should any changes to the shipping method be necessary, we will promptly notify you to update the order.
Q2: How can I track my order after it ships?
Once your order is shipped, a confirmation email with the tracking number and a tracking link will be sent to your registered email. You can also view the tracking information under “Order History” in your account.
Q3: How is shipping cost calculated?
We currently offer flat-rate shipping. We currently offer flat-rate shipping. Please note: parcels exceeding 2kg or with oversized dimensions may incur additional shipping fees.
Q4: How long does delivery take after shipping?
Delivery times vary depending on whether you purchased an in-stock or pre-order item, as well as your shipping destination. Please refer to the details below.
In-Stock /Pre-order Items
Q5: How can I tell if an item is in stock or a pre-order?
Each product page clearly indicates its status near the [e.g., price area or Add to Cart button]:
In Stock: Labeled clearly as “In Stock.”
Pre-order: Marked as “Pre-order” along with the estimated shipping timeline (e.g., “Pre-orders take approx. XX business days to process”).
Q6: I purchased an in-stock item. When will it ship?
All in-stock orders are processed and shipped within 7-10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a tracking email as soon as it ships.
Q7: I purchased a pre-order item. When will it ship?
Pre-order items will be shipped together 7-10 business days after all pre-ordered items in your order have arrived at our warehouse.
Q8: My order contains both in-stock and pre-order items. How will it be handled?
To avoid delays for in-stock items, we recommend placing separate orders for in-stock and pre-order products. If you’ve already placed a combined order and wish to split it, please email us at momokoschoice@gmail.com to arrange separate shipments. Additional shipping fees may apply.
Order Modifications & Support
Q9: Can I modify or cancel my order?
In-stock Orders: Please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order. Changes or cancellations are not possible once the order enters the packing/shipping stage.
Pre-order Orders: You may cancel within 12 hours of purchase. After this period, as we proceed with production based on order numbers, modifications or cancellations cannot be accommodated.
Q10: What should I do if I haven’t received my order?
Please first check your tracking number on the carrier’s website for the latest updates. International shipping can experience delays due to customs or peak season congestion. If there’s no tracking update for more than 7 business days, please contact us at momokoschoice@gmail.com for assistance.
